Because pulmonary embolisms are the direct result of blood clots, the studies mentioned above also implicate Yaz and Yasmin as causes of pulmonary embolisms.
The use of Yasmin or Yaz increases the risk of blood clots. Both drugs have drospirenone (a progestin) and ethinyl estradiol (an estrogen) as their active ingredients,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. Generic versions of these drugs are also available in the market.

From my personal observations, there is a way to deal with hardships and hasten the process of recovery. My childhood was fraught with horrific pain. When I was only nine years old, a stranger raped me. In addition, I have experienced many life-changing events,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], including: The inappropriate sexual contact from an alcoholic father;
Being stalked and pursued by sexual predators;
Growing up in a dysfunctional family;
A near-death experience;
Being mugged at gunpoint;
Surviving melanoma, the most serious form of skin cancer;
Suffering a complete nervous breakdown; and
Living with many debilitating illnesses,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], including a rare immune deficiency disease.
I suffered many years because of these trials. Time did not heal my pain. It was always with me. However, after meeting a shaman in 2007, a constructive transformation took place. I realized that,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], despite my pain, there was a quicker way to deal with my hardships.
Some steps to speed the process include: Understand the concept introduced to me by a shaman named Charles Crooks, "We are all part of the whole and not separate." If you are part of the whole and not separate, everything is included within, both the constructive attributes of light and the destructive attributes of darkness.
Do not allow yourself to react,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], because of judgment from others or within yourself,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], causing you to feel guilt, shame or anger. Believing that you are separate from the whole can cause you to feel you are not equal, setting up the illusion that something is lacking. You may seek to gain acceptance from others to replace what you perceive is missing. To gain acceptance, you may be forced to either exercise power or place yourself in a weaker position than others. Judgment is a state of domination,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], either over others or by others, which shows that, as quoted by Charles Crooks, "Judgment is not a spiritual process,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but rather a process of slavery that turns one away from the light within and towards the darker path."
Realize you are not at fault. How could you be at fault for something based upon your understanding when your hardship occurred? Furthermore, if you are part of the whole, you are equal and,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], therefore, judgment does not exist.
It is beneficial to dissolve destructive aspects, such as guilt,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], shame and anger in order to move forward and heal.
It is important to recognize that you have a choice. To see results more quickly,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you can choose to focus on the light and all the constructive power that is available within you. On the other hand, it is your right to choose to live in your dark pain. It all depends on you. How fast do you wish to release your suffering?

The "Aha Moment" is based on information that challenges the employee's belief about an aspect of the business. 4. The fourth tip is that once you have your focus group outcomes, you can then begin designing employee communication strategies that engage employees. You should have a clear understanding about what employees know and what the facts are, and the gap between the business facts and staff perceptions. This forms your key message to create the "Aha Moment".
5. The fifth tip is that you take the key information from the focus groups,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], identify a business issue that you feel sure your employee communication strategies can impact on. By using that information and work together with that area of the business you then implement an employee communication strategy that can be measured by business outcomes.
Once you have gathered all this information you then need to design employee communication strategies that engage employees around the one central message,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. Many of these employee communication strategies will actively involve employees in some aspect of change by designing communication methods that will require employees to participate,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. These engagement strategies are then supplemented by employee communication information tools.

To truly engage employees in the process of change, for instance, a merger or acquisition, a re-organization, financial results or corporate social responsibility,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], employee communication methods need to be designed to actively engage employees.
3. This third tip explains the best type of research to find out what the "Aha Moment" is, and the best type for this purpose is focus group research. Focus group research allows you to ask employees about your business and their thoughts on competitors,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], to identify the largest gap between what customers think and what staff think customers think,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and to identify what would create a paradigm shift in employee's thinking. Focus groups are a good format as they allow you to explore issues further and sometimes you will discover issues or ideas you hadn't considered prior to the session. Focus groups generally are held for one and a half hours duration and in groups of 8 – 10 participants. As the facilitator, your role is to lead the discussion but leave the actual dialogue to the participants, bringing them back to the main issue if they have gone off on a tangent or to ensure that all the topics that you wanted to cover within the allocated timeframe are covered. A well facilitated focus group will identify the key messages for your employee communication strategies as they relate to a particular business issue.
