If you don’t deal with their behavior, you will give up a lot of your productive time. The employee will also feel out of control and they will negatively influence the rest of your team. When you start noticing the demanding behavior, I would suggest that you handle it as soon as possible.
Remember, your employees want to succeed and require direction from you. Those that won’t accept your management role and direction are not the right fit for your team.

Samsung Group chairman Lee Kun-hee and his family say they will donate W800 billion (US$800 million) in assets unconditionally to the nation. The sum consists of W450 billion from the Samsung Lee Kun-hee Scholarship Foundation which the Lee family and Samsung subsidiaries established in 2002, plus W350 billion in contributions from his children including the property of Lee's daughter, who died last year. Samsung says how the money will be used is a decision for the government in consultation with civil groups.

Samsung will also withdraw a suit it has filed against the National Tax Service against a W44.3 billion gift tax on Lee's children over their purchase of Samsung SDS bonds for less than the market price,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and a constitutional petition over the Fair Trade Law that restricts the voting rights of financial subsidiaries.
