• Without being self-conscious of our own self-consciousness, we could never begin to see that it can have both positive and negative effects on the quality of our lives, depending on how we choose to use it or lose it.
• Self-consciousness is the only thing going on our minds that we are conscious about. Hence it is the only way to translate all the terabytes of unconscious thinking, feeling, motivations and behavior that we unknowingly downloaded in the early years and don’t even understand how we mistakenly misused it.
What can you do about all the negative,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], unconscious downloads that occurred before age six, that now flood your mind with overwhelming self-sabotaging beliefs that you are not even aware of?
